Cluster基本架構就是主從式的運算，Master分配任務給Slave，Slave做完在一一回傳給Master做整合，其Cluster網路是透過區域網路來做連接
建立Cluster
輸入Cluster名稱，並將HA打勾
設定完成把Host都搬移到Cluster，完成後要等待幾分鐘才會將HA設定到Host
將ESXi 41關閉，關閉時HA會將ESXi 41t運作中的虛擬機器自動搬遷到另一台ESXi上面持續運作
透過ping會發現機器搬遷時會因為硬體規格，而影響搬移時間
